SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – The 21st Annual Savor Sarasota Restaurant Week coming up in June and we are previewing some of the participating restaurants.

Today, Steve Bishop, owner of B&B Chophouse and Executive Chef Stewart O’Flaherty joined to make Braised Short Rib with Merlot Reduction that will be featured on their special Savor Sarasota menu.
