NORTH PORT — The battle never seems to end for what’s left of the golf course at Bobcat Trail.
After another golf course company bought the North Port course in a foreclosure sale in April, the original owner, Richard Smith III, filed a motion to overturn the sale.
A hearing is set for June 16 in a Sarasota County circuit court…
