SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – Three people have been arrested in Manatee County after deputies say they were part of a statewide scheme to sell and rent construction equipment stolen from Home depot stores.
Detectives learned of the operation in may when the home improvement chain reported rental equipment thefts using phony identification.
