SARASOTA, Fla. (WFLA) — Sarasota County deputies arrested a “potential poacher” after he used his dogs to catch a hog in Myakka State Park, according to the sheriff’s office.
A Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission officer reached out to the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office’s aviation unit to ask for assistance locating a “potential poacher” just after midnight on June 5.
SCSO said it located a man and two dogs on a side-by-side in Myakka State Park.
