One of Southwest Florida’s most beloved regional grocers, Detwiler’s Farm Market, is making its way to North Port in a deal brokered by Michael Saunders and Co. (MSC) Commercial Division. Detwiler’s began as a farmers market and is now a full-scale store with meats, seafood, deli items, pies and produce.
Tammy Shaw, one of MSC’s senior commercial advisors, worked with the Orlando-based Sentinel Fund to lease negotiations with Detwiler’s. Shaw reached out to Susan Goldstein, another senior commercial advisor, who has worked with Detwiler’s since 2016.
