POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A 42-year-old Sarasota man was taken into custody Friday following an altercation with a road construction worker in Lakeland late last month.
Samuel Jones surrendered to detectives on Sept. 4 on an active Polk County warrant for third-degree felony battery. The arrest occurred without incident.
