NOKOMIS — According to owner Joe Farrell, Pop’s Sunset Grill achieved a “complete victory” over Gulf Harbor Marina Condominium Association Inc. in a dispute he had characterized as an attempt to “extort” more rent for a parking lot lease.
The settlement between the parties calls for the Association to pay Driftage LLC, Farrell’s company, $80,000 in damages and attorney’s fees, and also clarifies some “ambiguities” in the restaurant’s lease…
