SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – A Sarasota man was sentenced to 20 years in prison in connection with a 2023 motorcycle crash that killed another rider, according to the State Attorney’s Office for the 12th Judicial Circuit.
Marty Thomas Pennell also will serve 10 years of probation after his prison sentence, the office said.
