Heat advisories issued in Central Florida, how weekend is shaping up with tropical wave

ORLANDO, Fla. – Added moisture in the air over the next several days will be increasing rain chances and temperatures for Central Florida. A typical summertime setup continues for Thursday and Friday as high pressure remains our dominant weather feature. Scattered storms will develop along the coast early in the afternoon followed by more widespread chances for areas further inland into the evening. Coverage through the week remains at 50-60% inland and 30-40% along the coast.
