SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – The conditions for a disturbance located in the Bay of Campeche to develop into a tropical cyclone have increased substantially on Saturday. It has a 60% chance of development in two days and an 80% chance in seven days. The area of low pressure is expected to move northward and interact with an approaching frontal boundary.
