Pulte Homes has closed on select homesites in the first phase of SeaFlower, a new coastal village in West Bradenton close to the Gulf of Mexico, Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Beach.
Construction is scheduled to begin soon on three professionally designed model homes that will open for sales in March 2025.
Pulte Homes will offer 105 new construction single-family homes in SeaFlower, with inviting front porches, hidden rear garages and innovative open-concept floor plans. Architectural styles will vary, from coastal and Craftsman to West Indies and transitional farmhouse.
Prices start in the $400,000s.
The 400-acre first phase of SeaFlower, a mixed-use village, will offer a total of 1,063 residences, plus a Village Center with a Publix and a blend of retail, dining and entertainment options.
Serving as the social hub of the new community, the private lakefront amenity campus will feature a clubhouse with gathering spaces, a pool, a fitness center, a meeting hall, an event lawn, pickleball courts and a children’s play area.
