‘Lights in Bloom’ is a tropical winter wonderland

SARASOTA — Marie Selby Botanical Gardens’ annual “Lights in Bloom” holiday walk-through light show, runs select nights through Jan. 1.

“Lights in Bloom” features more than 2 million lights illuminating the gardens and walkways of the 15-acre Downtown Sarasota campus.

Jennifer O. Rominiecki, President & CEO of Selby Gardens said in a news release, “As the holiday season approaches, I would like to take a moment to reflect on one of the most cherished must-do traditions in the Sarasota region: the annual award-winning ‘Lights in Bloom’ immersive holiday experience, which is now in its 21st year. Every year, the garden transforms into a magical wonderland, filled with laughter, wonder, and the spirit of the season. I encourage each of you to take the time to visit the show with your families and friends. It’s a wonderful opportunity to unwind, enjoy the natural beauty around us and create lasting memories.”

Admission options for each night of the show include early entry at 5:30 p.m. and general admission at 6:30 p.m. The last entry time at 8 p.m.
