NORTH PORT, Fla. (WWSB) – A North Port man is in jail after deputies say he and a juvenile accidentally struck a camper van while doing target practice.
Deputies were called out to Tropicaire Blvd around 7 p.m. Sunday in regards to a noise complaint involving shots fired and loud music. Once they arrived, they found Kyle Comstock shooting at glass bottles in the back with a shotgun.
As deputies approached, Kyle fire a few more times. He was in close proximity to several campers…
