BRADENTON, Fla. (WWSB) – The Manatee County Commission Tuesday unanimously voted to approve the purchase of a building in Lakewood Ranch at 9000 Town Center Parkway, which will become the home for some of the county’s administrative services.
This includes departments like property management, development services, public works and human resources, which will free up space in the current buildings to be used for departments such as EMS and law enforcement, as well as housing services.
The cost to buy the building and a subsequent remodel is just under $35 million…
