ENGLEWOOD — More details about four Charlotte County Sheriff’s deputies dismissed from their jobs following a homeless camp incident were released Friday by the agency.
The incident happened Feb. 4 in a wooded area near Englewood Hospital in Sarasota County. Five CCSO deputies, along with two Sarasota County deputies, went into the woods at the request of a bail bondsman seeking a specific person.
