ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) — People gathered today in St. Petersburg for the No Kings protest, ready with chants, signs and a message they want heard.
Aerial footage showed over a thousand protestors lining the intersection of Tyrone Blvd. and 66th Ave, spilling further onto surrounding blocks. The No Kings protest was organized in response to what some say is a rise in President Trump being treated like royalty and a threat to democracy. Pro-Trump demonstrator Jimmy Day says that’s not the case at all.
