After a Sarasota restaurant shuttered, its building has been listed for sale. The property that housed Faicco’s Sandwich Shop at 3590 Webber St. is on the market for $1.1 million.
At the end of May, the owners of Faicco’s closed their restaurant, writing on Facebook that the business was unsustainable.
“Running a small business is not for the faint of heart — and truthfully, there were more than a few days that tested our limits,” the owners wrote in the post. “In the end, it just wasn’t sustainable. The love was there, but the business wasn’t.”…
