Independence Day weekend is nearly upon us, and the biggest party of the multi-day holiday is the 5th of July Taste of St. Pete Festival, a sprawling celebration amazing food, live music, cigars, and motorcycles.
Hosted by local favorite Saturday Shoppes, festivities take place on Saturday, July 5 from 4-10 pm in Lot 1 at Tropicana Field. In addition to the fantastic food, music and shopping that all Saturday Shoppes festivals are loved for, this patriotic rendition also features a motorcycle show (bring your own and compete for best in show!), as well as cigar vendors and smoking areas.
The festival is free to attend, a full afternoon and evening of family-friendly fun, music and revelry in honor of America’s 149th birthday. Dubbed “the biggest, boldest foodie festival St. Pete has ever seen,” Saturday Shoppes is pulling out all the stops, inviting tons of the area’s best chefs, food trucks, pitmasters, bakeries and more.
After the food, the main stage will be the center of attention as some of the region’s most talented, celebrated, and up-and-coming musicians will be performing throughout the evening. Table and chair rentals are available for those who want the VIP experience…
