TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A contractor at the center of a Better Call Behnken investigation that began more than a year ago was arrested on two felony fraud charges related to contractor fraud.
Todd Hoch was the owner of a Sarasota-based window and door company called Sash & Sill. The company abruptly closed in summer 2024. Customers in three counties complained they paid hefty deposits only to find out the company not only did not do work, but also did not apply for permits for the jobs.
