TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Some St. Petersburg residents are gathering to bring back color to some of the removed murals.
Despite St. Petersburg resisting the order by the Florida Department of Transportation to submit a plan to remove the street art, the price of not complying was the huge risk of losing funding.
