ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) — The City of St. Petersburg celebrated the opening of Founders Point Apartments on Thursday, designed for low-income individuals with special needs.
Created by Boley Centers, It consists of one-bedroom apartments that offer supportive services aimed at helping residents build stability and independence.
The 15-unit housing development is located at 2901 31st Street S., and each apartment includes a project-based voucher for essential support services through the St. Petersburg Housing Authority.
