The Marketplace at Heritage Harbour opened its first store six years ago — and development has been heating up with plenty of new shops on the way.
The plaza at the intersection of Interstate 75 and State Road 64 had its anchor store, Costco, open its 155,000-square-foot retail warehouse open in 2019. And in recent months, several restaurants and shops have opened in the plaza located near Interstate 75 and State Road 64.
Following Costco’s Manatee County debut, other restaurants and shops have opened and been announced. Here’s a look at what’s open and what’s coming next.
