Having been taken into custody, he now awaits extradition to Manatee County from the Hillsborough County jail. The relationship between Fuenmayor and Ramos-Moradel, described by police as acquaintances, adds a layer to the neighborhood’s shaken sense of security.

The Bradenton Herald notes that the Manatee Homicide Investigation Unit, along with Bradenton police detectives, carried out the murder investigation that led to the arrest of Ramos-Moradel.
