Construction is underway on an apartment complex that will bring more than 250 units to the central Bradenton market. Called Alton Sarasota, the project is being built by Kolter Multifamily, an affiliate of Delray Beach-based developer The Kolter Group.
The garden-style apartment community will consist of three and four-story residential buildings centered around a clubhouse. Floorplans will range from one to three bedrooms, spanning 765 to 1,248 square feet.
All 256 units will feature nine-foot ceilings, quartz countertops, full-size washers and dryers and stainless steel appliances. Nearly every apartment will have a private patio or balcony. The clubhouse will contain a fitness center, co-working office space and coffee lounge.
