Bradenton, FL – With the holidays approaching, the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) is stepping up to help local families in need through a community food drive benefiting the Food Bank of Manatee and Meals on Wheels Plus of Manatee.
According to the agency’s announcement Thursday, MCSO staff have been collecting nonperishable food items to support residents facing food insecurity during the Thanksgiving and Christmas season.
