Keith and Laurie Farlow are eyeing an early December opening for Chophouse285 by Farlows, their destination steak and seafood restaurant at 285 W. Dearborn Street, Englewood.
The main item on the menu will be a wet-aged bone-in ribeye or bone-in strip steak that is then dry-aged for 30 days in a custom room at the restaurant and hand cut for each portion.
The restaurant will offer steaks, chops and seafood — including northern fish not available at Farlow’s on the Water — and pasta made in house.
