A $3 billion global wellness company specializing in nutritional supplements has opened a new American headquarters in Manatee County. PM-International says its location, in an industrial area near south Bradenton, will also create about 100 jobs — with the potential for about 1,000 employees by the time it is done with its expansion plans.
The new 50,000-square-foot facility, at 4615 24th St. E., will serve as the American manufacturing, strategic and logistics headquarters for for PM-International, according to a spokesperson. The company’s international headquarters is in Schengen, Luxembourg. It also has two other continental headquarters, in Germany and Singapore.
PM-International sells directly to consumers and is the official supplier of numerous sports organizations and national teams, including the German Ice Hockey Federation, Austrian Ski Association, German Cycling Federation, Italian Basketball Association, Korean Wrestling Federation and ATP Tour for men’s tennis, according to the statement…
