ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — A St. Pete man is facing animal cruelty charges after an arrest affidavit says there is video of him beating and swearing at a dog at a hotel.
Records say this happened around 1 p.m. Thursday at the Days Inn located on 54th Avenue North, where one of the hotel employees witnessed 22-year-old De’Andre Denzel Isidore-Thomas holding down a medium-sized, dark-colored dog with both hands on the ground.
The employee then recorded two videos of Isidore-Thomas hurting the dog to turn in as evidence, the affidavit says…
