Doctors determined that Hailey Van Dam had suffered from a blocked artery, preventing blood flow to her legs. She needed immediate emergency vascular surgery within six hours to restore blood flow and to save her limbs.
Now, the mother of three is suing the Bradenton-based hospital, a hospital nurse, Cardiologist James Nguyen and the Bradenton Cardiology Center for $100,000 for medical negligence, claiming delayed care led to her leg being amputated due to misleading information that the hospital offered 24/7 emergency vascular surgery services…
