BRADENTON, Fla. (WWSB) – Bradenton Police have arrested a man suspected of stealing cell phones from a local laundry mat in October 2025.
Friday, Dec 5, Carlloze Rowells was identified by investigators after allegedly being seen on camera stealing cell phones from Select Coin Laundry on 21st Ave West, authorities said.
