As of November 2025, Humphris Park and the South Jetty walkway in Venice, Florida, are closed due to hurricane damage. The closure includes all activities such as fishing, surfing, and sunset viewing. Usual park hours of 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. do not apply during this period.
Benches and picnic tables are not accessible. Dogs are allowed in the parking area if leashed with a leash no longer than six feet. Dogs are not allowed on the sandy beach or the South Jetty walkway. Visitors are asked to clean up after their pets to help keep the park clean…
