A national leader in outpatient diagnostic imaging services, RadNet Inc., has acquired Southwest Florida-based Radiology Regional.
The expansion of RadNet to Southwest Florida involves 13 locations across Naples, Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Port Charlotte and Sarasota.
A figure for how much RadNet paid to acquire Radiology Regional was not disclosed but RadNet said it is projected to add about $100 million of revenue to its bottom line in 2026…
