HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla — The Florida Highway Patrol is asking for witnesses of an I-75 crash involving a tractor-trailer making an illegal U-turn, which led to the death of a Manatee County man, to come forward.
Troopers said the crash happened around 4:30 p.m. Monday when the tractor-trailer was going northbound on I-75 in Hillsborough County.
