When Anatoly “Tony” Ioffe moved to Sarasota from the Chicago area, he saw what he believed was a shortcoming in how people could seek medical care, so he asked his old friend David Mayer to help co-found a medical practice.
That practice became Osprey PolyClinic that — since they received a license to operate in December 2024 — evolved into an efficient, collegial community that is still reeling following a Feb. 10 mass shooting.
