SARASOTA, FL – Bungalow Bagels is targeting a first week of March opening at 6583 Midnight Pass Rd, Sarasota, FL 34242. Owner Robert DeSilvio told Business Debut the shop will be the only bagel-focused concept on Siesta Key, located on the island’s south end.
What to Expect
The 750-square-foot space sits about a block from the beach and will operate as a fast-casual, counter-service concept. Seating will include six seats inside and access to approximately 20 shared courtyard seats outside.
Online ordering will be available for guests looking to pick up on the way to the beach or boat. The name reflects the small bungalow-style setting near the shoreline, DeSilvio said.
Menu and Vision
The menu will center on New York-style bagels made fresh daily, boiled and baked in-house. Bungalow Bagels plans to offer six core bagel varieties along with a rotating signature flavor to maintain daily production standards.
