BRADENTON, Fla. (WWSB) – A wildlife rehab organization is working to help a panhandling pelican that was recently captured on Manatee Beach.
“This guy was wandering around Manatee Beach looking for a handout, following people around,” Wildlife Inc. said a social media post.
