SARASOTA, Fla — Police were on patrol in downtown Sarasota last week when they got a call about an unusual suspect: a pot-bellied pig wandering alone.
Officers found the roughly 100-pound “thrill-seeking swine” around 1:30 a.m. Friday, roaming around the area of 4th Street between Lemon Avenue and Central Avenue. They say it was friendly and cooperated with officers.
