NOKOMIS — A Nokomis man is being held without bond in the Sarasota County Jail on multiple charges after a woman woke up to find him in bed with her.
Kenneth Ray McCoy II, 49, 100 block of Sierra St., Nokomis, is charged with unarmed burglary of an occupied structure, violation of a pretrial release condition for domestic violence and battery with a prior conviction of battery. A hearing on whether he will remain in custody until trial is set for Friday.
