SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – A North Port man faces DUI charges after his wife was seriously injured when she fell out of his golf cart, police said.
According to a probable cause affidavit, North Police responded to a call at about 9:30 p.m. March 1 after a 911 call reported a woman had fallen from a golf cart on Creek Nine Drive.
