SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – A Sarasota County judge ruled Monday that a 49-year-old man accused of breaking into a woman’s home and assaulting her will remain in jail without bond.
Kenneth McCoy is facing three charges, including burglary with battery and violation of a pre-trial release order in a domestic violence case. Prosecutors say the victim in that domestic violence case is the same woman at the center of the new charges.
