VENICE — A Venice-area man who put holes in his home’s walls is in the Sarasota County Jail, accused of domestic violence.
Peter Tocco, 71, 13600 block of Brilliante Drive, is charged with domestic battery and hindering a 911 call. Bond has not been set because he’s been medically unable to attend his first appearance, according to court records.
He has pleaded not guilty and waived arraignment, and is seeking to have a pretrial order directing him not to have contact with the victim or return to the home lifted at the victim’s request…
