SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – An arraignment Friday morning for the suspect in the cold case disappearance and death of 24-year-old Laikyn West, a Bradenton woman who vanished in September 2024.
Ronald Chester Racki, who is charged with second-degree murder, was arraigned Friday morning in Sarasota County. Racki was not present in the courtroom because he remains in custody, held without bond.
