SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – A man convicted of committing lewd acts with a minor in a Sarasota restaurant bathroom has been sentenced to six years in state prison, court records show.
In a plea agreement, Carlos Miguel Paredes Munoz will also serve six years on sex offender probation after his release from prison. He was charged with lewd and lascivious molestation of a victim between 12-16 years of age.
