SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – Residents can now water only once a week under new modified phase three water restrictions from the Southwest Florida Water Management District.
The restrictions apply to properties one acre or less. Watering is allowed only during limited hours: 8 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. and midnight to 4 a.m., for a total of four hours once a week.
Watering days depend on property addresses, with odd and even addresses assigned different days…
