Fourteen years after Channing Tatum graced its grounds, the sprawling Florida mansion featured in the movie Magic Mike is still on the market, and now even cheaper.
The Mediterranean-style waterfront home, located at 100 Sands Point Drive in Tierra Verde, acted as the 2012 film’s set where Tatum’s character, Magic Mike, worked his day job at an under-construction estate before heading to the fictional Xquisite Strip Club at night. It actually was under construction at the time, and wasn’t finished being built until 2013.
We last reported the home was for sale for $12 million in June 2025 — the first time the massive house had been listed for sale since its film feature. It was last sold in 2009 for $1,200,000, according to property records…
