VENICE – Goodwill Industries-Manasota has signed a lease to take over the former Tervis headquarters for a 54,189-square-foot Sustainability & Logistics Center.
The property, located next to MITER Brands, formerly known as PGT, is at 201 Triple Diamond Blvd. in Venice, and is part of a 120,000-square-foot campus. Buligio Capital purchased the campus in 2023 for $15,350,000, according to Sarasota County Property Appraiser records.
