BRADENTON, Fla. (WWSB) – Johnson is this week’s pet of the week from Manatee County Animal Welfare.
He is a 1-year-old male weighing about 50 pounds and has been at the shelter for the past 2 months.
Johnson arrived with his brother after a severe neglect case and required extensive surgery for an embedded collar. Despite his rough start, staff says he remains one of the sweetest dogs they’ve met and hasn’t lost his joyful personality…
