SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – Today starts quiet with sunshine and light north to northeast winds. A back-door cold front slips south today with very little fanfare, other than a little push of dry air that might trigger a very isolated shower or thunderstorm late in the day. Most people will not see any rain however.
The front will turn winds in from the north and northeast and bring in the dry air that will cause skies to be sunny most of the week. Highs will reach the upper 80s to around 90.
Tonight will be mostly clear and mild, with lows in the upper 60s. Tuesday and Wednesday look like the nicest days of the week, with lots of sunshine, dry weather, and highs near 89 to 90 Tuesday, then the mid to upper 80s Wednesday…
