The property at 2030 Bee Ridge Road — a block east of South Tamiami Trail — was purchased for $3.6 million in a sale that closed April 29, according to SVN Commercial Advisory Group, which brokered the deal.
The seller is 2030 Bee Ridge LLC, which is managed by Hermes Eraclides and Bradley C. Hall Jr., according to the Florida Department of State Division of Corporations.
