Over 100 new apartments are under construction near the Bradenton Riverwalk and the city’s growing downtown arts hub.
The Park Vista Apartments will be a five-story, 154-unit complex at 704 Third Ave. W., according to building records. The site is between the recently opened Herrig Center for the Arts and the Manatee Performing Arts Center, where an expansion is underway.
